Siberia

Innovative ice-cream maker.

An ice-cream maker with an innovative cooling system. It can be easily kept in the freezer, when needed you just wrap it around the machine basket (instead of placing the whole machine in the freezer like the competitors require).

Siberia is a redesign of Girmi's "Gran Gelato", which needed ice cubes and salt in order to refrigerate the ice-cream.

Project developed at Politecnico di Milano with prof. Francesco Trabucco.
